The Swellers Announce Tour Dates

The Swellers have announced three separate tours to take place over the course of this summer. There will be a US tour, US Headlining dates, and even a few Canadian dates on the tour.

The tour will kick on on May 22nd in New York City with The Wonder Years. From there they will dive right into the US tour with The Early November, The Wonder Years, and Young Statues. The Swellers will then headline a few shows, and close off the tour by playing four shows in Canada with Living With Lyons, Such Gold, and Major League.

The Swellers recently parted with their starting record company Fueled By Ramen, and are releasing a 7” vinyl of two songs recorded from the Good For Me sessions (but were not included on the album).  The band describes these songs as “some of our favorite songs we’ve ever written.  They’re some of our fastest, most aggressive songs we’ve made to date.” The vinyl will be released by SideOneDummy Records, but The Swellers are planning on releasing an EP on their own later this year before signing with a new label for yet another album to come in 2013.
