It doesn’t take much to get me along to see a Liam Neeson film these days! Sure he’s made some stinkers over the years, but in recent times, pretty much since ‘Taken’ especially; he’s been involved in some great films! So when I saw the trailer for his newest one I was sold right off the bat!
So, what can I say about ‘The Grey’? Well, it’s LIAM NEESON vs WOLVES!!! Sure there is some good directing, writing, acting, and decently scary wolves thrown into the mix, but that doesn’t matter! Also sure there are some flaws in the script, but again none of that matters! Why? Because all you need to know is that it’s LIAM FUCKING NEESON vs MOTHER FUCKING WOLVES!!! And if you want comparison films, think ‘Taken’ meets ‘Alive’ meets ‘The Ghost in the Darkness’ meets LIAM NEESON vs. WOLVES!!!
